From an Early Passion to the National Stage

Some dreams begin in professional kitchens. Others begin at home.

Chef Grecia Ramos, aka @lareinadepostres, discovered her love for baking in her 20’s, long before Baked became a destination for pastry lovers across South Texas. What started as a creative outlet eventually became a calling, leading her to create desserts for the award-winning 2M Smokehouse before pursuing formal training at the Culinary Institute of America.

Today, every pastry, loaf of bread, and seasonal creation reflects years of study, discipline, and an unwavering belief that exceptional baking begins with exceptional technique.

That dedication has earned national recognition, including an appearance on Food Network's Pitmasters, where Chef Grecia joins her husband, acclaimed pitmaster Esaul Ramos, in representing Texas on one of barbecue's biggest stages.
