Baked is a chef-led bakery in Castroville, Texas, created by Chef Grecia Ramos. The bakery specializes in pastries, croissants, brioche, artisan breads, savory bakes, kolaches, cookies, cakes, seasonal creations, and other rotating favorites.
Chef Grecia Ramos is the chef and owner behind Baked and is also known online as @lareinadepostres, or "the queen of desserts." Her culinary career grew through her work with 2M Smokehouse in San Antonio and formal pastry training at the Culinary Institute of America.
Baked opened in Castroville, Texas, in 2023 as Chef Grecia Ramos' bakery and pastry shop. The bakery grew from years of Grecia developing desserts professionally and studying baking and pastry arts at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio.

Baked is closed Monday through Wednesday. The bakery is open Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Hours may change for holidays or special events.
